Petitioner complains that the private respondents are trying to grab his property and to that effect information was furnished to the local police station being Officer-in-charge, Ghatal Police Station. In spite of information so furnished no steps have been taken.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that earlier Ghatal PS Case No. 61/2025 dated 22.02.2025 was registered for investigation and in connection with the said case charge sheet has been submitted on or about 30.04.2025. Earlier on the basis of the information furnished proceedings were also drawn up under section 107 Cr.P.C.

The report of the police authorities reflects that the petitioner and the private respondents are at loggerhead, as such there is information with the

police authorities in respect of the nature of dispute. Considering that police authorities have kept a vigil, I direct that the police authorities would continue their surveillance and ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place and/or any untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 8441 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
