Fatima Hassan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, submits that the plaintiff has withdrawn the Title Suit No. 93 of 2022 pending before the 10th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta. Accordingly, the Title Suit No. 93 of 2022 was dismissed for non-prosecution on 14th June, 2022.

In view of the above, the appeal being FMAT 145 of 2022 stand dismissed as infructuous along with CAN 1 of 2022.
