Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the Investigating Officer has not yet been able to find out the case number for criminal case involving the FICN where the present petitioner was an accused.

Let a fresh report be filed by the Investigating Officer on the next date of hearing.

List this matter for further consideration on 20th May, 2025. The Investigating Officer shall not arrest the petitioner till that date.
