PP Mr. Antarikhya Basu Ms. Mousumi Sarkar ... for the State Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedent involving fake currency notes and he was sentenced in a FICN case at Delhi, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
