Mr. Debasis Sur, learned counsel appearing for the applicants/petitioners draws attention of this Court to a settlement document at pages 7 to 9 to this application and submits that, the disputes in the writ petition have been settled by the parties inter se.

Hence, nothing further survives in this writ petition.

In view of the above, this writ petition being WPA 9127 of 2024 has lost its force and, accordingly, stands dismissed as not pressed, without any order as to costs. However it is made clear that, this Court has not gone into the merits or the content of the settlement by and between the parties to the writ petition to which attention of this Court has been drawn at pages 7 to 9 to the instant application.

It shall not be construed that, this Court has approved, accepted or allowed any settlement between the parties under such settlement document. This Court has only disposed of this writ petition without deciding any right of the parties under the writ petition. I.A. No. CAN 1 of 2024 stands disposed of.
