Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in excess of 150 days. There is no material implicating the petitioner.
Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the murder weapon was seized on the leading statement made by the petitioner.
The seizure list bears the signature of the petitioner. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner in the offences. Consequently, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
C.R.M. (DB) 1192 of 2022 is dismissed.
