Liberty to correct the cause title of the petition. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. He does not stand on the same footing with co-accused who are on bail. Keeping in mind the aforesaid facts, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
