Ms. Sreyashee Biswas, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State and files a status report. Let it be kept with the record. She submits that the trial of the case ended in acquittal of the petitioners as per the report.

It appears from the report dated 20.06.2022 of SI of Police, Hirapur PS that on 02.07.2016, an order of acquittal under Section 248(1) of CrPC has been passed by the Trial Court.

In the aforesaid backdrop, the present revisional application becomes infructuous and accordingly stands dismissed. All connected applications, if any, shall stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
