As it appears from record that the relief asked for by the petitioners in this writ petition is for stopping the election. But election has already been taken place and selection process has been completed and the scope of this writ petition is very limited confining the stopping of the election. In view of the discussion made above WPA 8408 of 2023 is dismissed.
