The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondent nos. 6 to 8 have been successful in ousting her from the property. The petitioner contends that the property belongs to her husband and she has been abused, heckled and thrown away from the property.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that Title Suit No. 1107/2021 is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Alipore and the police authorities on receipt of the complaint have already registered Karaya P.S. Case No. 109 of 2025 under the relevant provisions of BNS, 2023 against the private respondents.

Since the police authorities are in know-how of the dispute and difference between the petitioner and the private respondents, I am of the view that if the petitioner approaches the appropriate

authorities under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and any order is passed by the said authority upon the police authorities, the police authorities would respect, obey and implement the said order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 8448 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
