1. None appears for the parties.

2. WP No.650 (W) of 2016 filed by the present appellant was dismissed on 19th January, 2018 by the learned Single Judge on the ground that the dispute relates to an immovable property and this dispute cannot be gone into in a writ petition. The Learned Single Bench, in our opinion, has taken a plausible view. The appellant has also lost interest in the matter and did not turn up today. For these twin reasons, the appeal is dismissed.
