State of West Bengal Mr. Arunava Ganguly, Mr. Piyas Choudhury, .....for the Petitioners Mr. Anwar Hossain, Ms. Manisha Sharma .....for the State The order dated February 18, 2022 reflects that in CRM 444 of 2021 a direction was passed for expediting the progress of the trial of N.D.P.S. case no.25 of 2019 pending before the Learned Special Court, Hooghly.

The Learned Special Court is directed to comply with the said order in its true spirit. The present revisional application has been filed for expeditious disposal of the case as the witnesses are not being examined, however, as there is already direction, learned Trial Court would comply with the same and as such no order is passed in the present revisional application. Mr. Anwan Hossain, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to appear in this matter and represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority.

With the aforesaid observation, CRR 1495 of 2022 is disposed of.
