Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties and considering their submission I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition being WPA 9497 of 2021 and accordingly, the same is dismissed. However, dismissal of this writ petition will not be a bar for the petitioner to make an appropriate representation before the authority concerned against the grievance raised in this writ petition and the Authority concerned may consider the same in accordance with law, if such representation is filed by the petitioner.
