Mr. Deeptangshu Kar ...for the petitioner Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the title suit being No. T.S. 241 of 2012 in respect of which the present revisional application has been preferred, has been withdrawn by the plaintiff/opposite party herein. Accordingly, the present revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly prayed for withdrawal of the revisional application.

Let C.O. 1237 of 2019 be dismissed as withdrawn. Let a copy of the written instruction submitted by the petitioner, be taken on record.
