2. In the fourth line of paragraph 2 on the first page of the order dated 8th April, 2024, the expression "Nasir Banu Mondal" shall be corrected to read as "Nasrin Banu Mondal".

3. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 8th April, 2024.

4. The other parts of the order dated 8th April, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
