1. The petitioner seeks transfer on self medical grounds. Her application was considered by the District Inspector of Schools and her health checkup was done by the Chief Medical Officer of Health. A decision, however, is yet to be taken by the DI of Schools.

2. It appears from the documents annexed to the writ petition that the petitioner's health check-up was done nearly three years back.

3. The concerned DI of Schools is, therefore, directed to conduct fresh medical examination of the petitioner, if required.

4. If the Chief Medical Officer of Health certifies in favour of the petitioner, then immediate necessary steps shall be taken by the District Inspector of Schools to immediately forward the application of the petitioner to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission for taking consequential steps in the matter in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from

the date of receipt of all documents from the District Inspector of Schools.

5. The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter.
