Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record.

Statement of the victim shows she was forcibly raped by the petitioner. There are ample evidence against the petitioner and co-accused. Trial is in progress. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Application for bail is, thus, rejected. 4.
