In terms of the order dated 19th May, 2025, learned advocate representing the State respondents has filed a report dated 11th June, 2025 of the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Malda enclosing medical report issued by the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Malda dated 5th June, 2025 and same is taken on record. 2.
On perusal of report dated 11th June, 2025 it appears that wife of the petitioner is suffering from "Papillary Carcinoma of Thyroid" which was operated on 17th August, 2009 and is under treatment at Tata Medical Hospital, Mumbai. Wife of the petitioner also complains of multiple skeletal pain.

Considering the nature of ailment of wife of the petitioner, District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Malda forwarded the transfer application of the petitioner
along with necessary papers to the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission vide memo dated 11th June, 2025.

In view of steps taken by the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission being respondent no.4 is directed to decide the transfer application of the petitioner after taking note of the medical report dated 5th June, 2025 by fortnight from the date of communication of this order. The decision to be taken by the respondent no.4 shall be communicated to the petitioner by seven (7) days thereafter.

It is made clear that suspension of portal shall not be a ground to reject transfer application of the petitioner. 6.
With the above directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
