Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner and the respondent/State.

Learned Advocate for the respondent/State has handed over a compliance report dated 12.06.2023 as submitted by D.I. of Schools (Secondary Education, Purba Medinipur) wherefrom it reveals that an amount of Rs. 8,06,348/- (Rupees Eight Lakh Six Thousand Three Hundred Forty Eight Only) has already been disbursed in favour of the petitioner in compliance of this Court's order dated 11.11.2022 as passed in WPA 5519 of 2018.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner in course of his submission duly conceeds with the submission of the learned Advocate for the writ petitioner as well as with regard to the contents of the report as mentioned above.

Such being the position CPAN 477 of 2023 is disposed of in view of the observation made herein above.
