Learned lawyer on behalf of the State appears and submits that the case is pending since 2011 and by the instant revisional application, the order passed in Misc. Execution Case has been challenged.

On a careful perusal of the records, I do not find any reason to continue with this revisional application which is pending since 2011, that is, more than 10 years, as the petitioner is not at all interested to proceed with this revisional application further.

After going through the order impugned, I do not find any illegality or irregularity therein to interfere. The instant revisional application stands dismissed.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fifth Court, Barrackpore, through the learned Registrar, Judicial Service of this Court. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of all necessary formalities.
