Learned counsel for the petitioner does not intend to use an exception to the report in the form of affidavit submitted on behalf of the State respondents. Learned counsel for the State respondents candidly submits that a signed copy of the arbitral award in connection with Arbitration Case No.

XIX/ARBI/2017 dated 18th August, 2017 shall be made over to the petitioner within two weeks from date. In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of in terms of prayer a. The 2nd respondent is directed to make over a signed copy of the arbitral award to the petitioner within two weeks from date.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
