It is submitted by learned counsel for the Distribution Licensee that, in view of the petitioners having paid up the requisites, there is no impediment on the part of the WBSEDCL to give electricity connection to the petitioners pursuant to the petitioners' application, subject to all other formalities, if any.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, WPA 8042 of 2022 is, thus, disposed of by directing the WBSEDCL to give the new electricity connection to the petitioners, pursuant to the petitioners' application, as expeditiously as possible, positively within two weeks from the date and/or within two weeks after compliance of all formalities, whichever is later.

In the event, in the opinion of the WBSEDCL, any other formality is left to be complied with at the

petitioners' end, the WBSEDCL shall intimate the petitioners about such remaining formalities in writing by June 22, 2022.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
