This is an application for review of the order dated March 12, 2025.

By the order dated 12.03.2025, this Court held that the petitioner cannot be said to be aggrieved party by the order impugned as by the said order, the evidence of the defendant was closed as the learned advocate for the defendant submitted that the defendant would not adduce any further evidence. Mr. Kundu learned advocate for the review applicant submits that an opportunity be given to the applicant to cross examine D.W.1.

It appears from the record that the evidence of D.W.1 was closed and the D.W.1 was discharged. It is not the case of the petitioner that any application for recalling the said D.W.1 has been filed. There is no error apparent on the face of the order for this Court to exercise the powers of review.

In view thereof, review application being RVW 105 of 2025 stands dismissed with the aforesaid observations.
