Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda, Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwala ... For the State.
Learned lawyer on behalf of the State appears and submits that there is no stay in the revisional application which is pending since 18-05-2011 and the proceedings pending before the learned trial Court may be disposed of in the meantime.
After going through the records, particularly the order dated 11th February, 2011, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 2nd Court, Suri, Birbhum, I do not find any illegality or irregularity to interfere. That being the position, the revisional application stands dismissed.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birbhum, through the learned Registrar, Judicial Service of this Court.
All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of all necessary formalities.
