Report reflects that the present petitioner was held guilty by the learned trial court and was sentenced for life. However, the petitioner preferred an appeal and subsequently, has been released on bail.
The revisional application was preferred challenging the chargesheet and materials which were collected during investigation of the case.
Having regard to the fact that there has been change in circumstances and the learned trial court has rightly come to a conclusion regarding the finding of the guilt of the accused. The revisional application has lost its force and as such no interference is called for. Consequently, the revisional application being C.R.R.1208 of 2012 is dismissed. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
