The learned advocate for the respondent no. 2 submits that the written statement will be filed on the next date of hearing i.e. on 11th May, 2021.

Parties are directed to exchange their evidences and to file the same within a period of two months thereafter and the Tribunal is directed to conclude the hearing of the matter by six months from the date of filing of the evidence. No unnecessary adjournment in this matter shall be given by the Tribunal.

With this direction, the writ application is disposed of without any order as to costs.
