The petitioner is praying approval of his appointment in the post of Clerk at Khanpur Alhaj Afiatunnesa Madhyamik Shiksha Kendra(Sr.

Madrasah Type), Birbhum.

A representation of the learned advocate of the petitioner to the said effect, appearing at page 18 to the writ petition, is pending before the Director of Madrasah Education, Government of West Bengal, the respondent no. 2 herein.

The said respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law after giving the petitioner an opportunity of hearing.

W.P.A. 8429 of 2023 is disposed of with the above observation without any order as to costs.
