This matter relates to a selection process to the post of Clerk in Monoharbahal Vivekananda Vidyayatan (H.S.), Asansol, Burdwan. The selection process was initiated in the year 2006.

I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
