Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioners. None appears for the respondents. Mr. Chatterjee submits that by an order dated July 4, 2016, the Hon'ble Division Bench in MAT 851 of 2016 with CAN 5221 of 2016 disposed of the instant writ petition on consent of the parties.

It is recorded that the instant writ petition stood disposed of by the aforesaid order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench. A copy of the order passed in MAT 851 of 2016 is taken on record.

The Registrar, I.T is directed to ensure that the instant writ petition should not be shown to be pending in the docket of the Hon'ble Court.
