The grievance of the petitioner pertains to cancellation of his dealership.
Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no interim order in his favour nor is there any restraint on the respondent Corporation from finalising the dealership in favour of the respondent no. 5. The only prayer which survives for consideration is in respect of a disciplinary proceedings which has been initiated by the authorities against the petitioner. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 1 submits that there is a statutory redressal forum under the Act and the petitioner should approach that forum for redressal of his grievances.
Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner agrees to file an appropriate application before the Dispute Redressal Forum under the relevant Ministry for adjudicating his grievance if permissible in accordance with law.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in this writ petition. Hence, WPA No. 6844 of 2018 is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Counsel appears on behalf of the respondent/ Corporation is directed to intimate the respondent no. 5 of the passing of this order.
It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of this case and all points are left open to be decided by the Appropriate Authority in accordance with law. (Ravi Krishan Kapur,J)
