1. Learned advocate for the Central Bureau of Investigation says that the order dated March 28, 2023, passed in WPA (P) 82 of 2023, violation of which is alleged in this contempt application, has been set aside by the Hon'ble Supreme Court by an order dated April 13, 2023, in Criminal Appeal No.1106 of 2023 arising out of Special Leave Petition (Criminal) No.4430 of 2023.

2. Let a copy of the said order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court be kept with the records.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the contempt application has become infructuous.

4. C.P.A.N.480 of 2023 stands disposed of.
