Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. There is no close circuit television footage implicating the petitioner. The arms recovered were not used in the incident. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor draws the attention of the Court to the earlier order of rejection dated March 23, 2022 passed in CRM (DB) 276 of 2022. He submits that the issue is closed circuit television footage was raised at that point of time. Arms were recovered from the house of the petitioner on the leading statement made by the petitioner. He refers to the seizure list. There is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order dated March 23, 2022
passed in CRM(DB) 276 of 2022 rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner. The issue of close circuit television footage was raised at that point of time also.
In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (DB) 1205 of 2022 is dismissed.
