1. Petitioner submits he is not the principal accused who had fired at the victim. He prays for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. She submits petitioner and co-accused shared common intention to commit murder.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was present at the place of occurrence with one Imran Sk. who fired at the victim. All of them were armed and shared common intention to murder. Bail prayer of the co-accused similarly circumstanced with the petitioner has been turned down in December 2023. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
