It is submitted by learned counsel for the alleged contemnor that on the returnable date, the alleged contemnor was personally present in court.

The matter had been mentioned before this court but since the same was not appearing in the list on that day, the appearance of the alleged contemnor was recorded before the Registrar Administration (L & OM) of this court.

Accordingly, there was sufficient compliance of the direction of personal appearance.

Learned counsel for the parties submits that the parent order has since been complied with and a compliance report in that regard is filed by the alleged contemnor.

As such, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the matter pending further.

Accordingly, WPCRC 96 of 2024 is discharged and CPAN 585 of 2024 is also stands disposed of.

7.

Further personal appearance of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.

8.

There will be no order as to costs.

9.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
