The petitioner has preferred the present contempt application alleging willful disobedience on the part of the respondent-Corporation in failing to comply with the order passed by this Court on 26.03.2025 in WPA 4120 of 2025.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court vide order dated 26.03.2025 had directed the Commissioner, Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation to decide petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2025 within a period of four weeks from the communication of this order after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the private respondents.

Learned Counsel for the respondentBidhannagar Municipal Corporation appears and states that the final speaking order has already been passed and a copy of the same is handed over to the learned Counsel for the petitioner. In terms of the said development nothing survives in the contempt application.

Accordingly, the contempt application being CPAN 600 of 2025 is disposed of since the order dated 26.03.2025 has been duly complied with and a reasoned speaking order has been passed.
