The only prayer of the writ petitioner is for a direction on the Additional District Sub-Registrar, Domjur to consider a representation made by the petitioner on 18th November, 2021.

The representation relates to inclusion of details of the amount paid by the petitioner in the Deed of Conveyance dated 13th January, 2020.

WPA 8052 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no. 2 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner by way of a reasoned order within a period of two weeks from date after hearing the petitioner and a copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from the date on which such reasoned order is passed.
