Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have perused the material on record.

It appears that the petitioner is one of the principal assailants who inflicted the fatal blows on the victim who succumbed to the injuries.

Considering the material in the case diary and prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is disposed of.
