The matter is listed today before this Court at the instance of the department since a typographical error occurred in paragraph No. 3 of the order dated 17.09.2024.

Let the word 'September' as appearing in second line of paragraph No. 3 of the said order dated 17.09.2024 be deleted and in its place the word 'November' be incorporated.

Necessary correction in this regard has been made by me in Court today.

Learned Advocate for the writ petitioners submits before this Court that the name of the learned Advocate has also been wrongly typed in the aforementioned order. He submits that after the cause tile the name 'Mr. P. P. Roy' be deleted and in its place the name 'Mr. Kingsuk Mondal' be incorporated.

Necessary correction in this regard has also been made by me in Court today.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 17.09.2024.
