Petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as he complained to Gopalganj Police Station regarding Rs. 5.10 lakhs transferred for supply of goods by way of cheque and also online and in spite of receipt of the same, the goods were not supplied.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the concerned police station is Kaliachak Police Station and the petitioner informed an outpost which is referred to as Gopalganj Police Station. However, from the report it is reflected that Kaliachak Police Station is awaiting signature of the petitioner for registering the FIR. He has been informed regarding the same.

Having considered the submissions of the State, petitioner would approach the Kaliachak Police Station so that necessary steps may be proceeded with for addressing the grievance of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 8456 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
