Applicant alleges violation of the order dated 13th June, 2018.

However, in course of hearing the learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor has placed before this Court the decision of the alleged contemnor dated 11th June, 2020 and the same is taken on record.

In view of the decision dated 11th June, 2020 it appears that the order dated 13th June, 2018 has been complied with.

Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of.

However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to take steps in accordance with law against the order dated 11th June 2020.

The order dated 9th February, 2024 needs correction since at the heading of the said order the number of the writ petition was wrongly described as WPA 8665 of 2018 instead of WPA 6865 of 2018. The number of the writ petition shall be read as WPA 6865 of 2018.

Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction.
