The petitioner complains that in purported compliance of the order dated 19.01.2023 passed in WPA 24159 of 2022, the Murshidabad Police Station has filed instructions addressed to State advocate dated 12.04.2023.

It is submitted that the Police have taken out proceedings under Sections 107/116 of the Cr. P. C. Three persons have been arrested.

The Police have not restrained the petitioner from entering into his property. The petitioner, therefore, is free to enter into his property and exploit the same in accordance with law.

The writ petition is thus disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
