1. Present petition has been taken up in the category To Be Mentioned for correction of typographical error.

2. In the second line of paragraph 1, the Matrimonial Suit number has inadvertently been mentioned as "150 of 2015" instead of "250 of 2016".

3. Let the same be corrected.

4. Similarly, in paragraph 4, the expression "CO 136 of 2023" be corrected and read as "CO 1136 of 2023".

5. Remaining contents of the order dated 6th May, 2025 remain unaltered.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
