We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is in custody for more than five years. There is inordinate delay in trial. Bail prayer of the co-accused Wahid Hossain has been turned down. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
