Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that after furnishing information appropriate steps have been taken by Burdwan Police Station and the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed. The same is also reflected in the report submitted by the Inspector-in-charge, Burdwan Police Station.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

In view of the steps taken I am of the opinion further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 8467 of 2025 is disposed of.
