I have sufficient reason to believe that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the present application.

Let CO 1034 of 2017 be dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. The department is directed to return the lower court record to the court below at once by special messenger at the cost of the opposite party herein. The Opposite party is directed to put the special messenger cost within a week.
