Petitioner approached this Court since no steps were taken by the police authorities.

A report has been submitted which reflects that Parnashree PS Case No. 308 dated 20.04.2025 has been registered under section 420/406 and the investigation of the case is in progress.

Having considered the purpose for which the writ petition has been filed being subserved further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. Police authorities would take the investigation of the case to its logical conclusion.

Accordingly, WPA 8461 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
