Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of directions passed in TS No. 434/2024 on or about 15.01.2025 upon the Officer-in-charge, Pingla Police Station till the complained was lodged, no effective steps were taken for compliance of the civil court's order.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the police authorities have already drawn up proceedings under section 126 BNSS and also have been furnishing report whether any infraction has been committed at the behest of the private respondents.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that they have already entered appearance pursuant to the direction so passed. In view of the civil court's order, the police authorities would ensure there is no violation of the order so passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court Sadar, Paschim Medinipur. In case any inconveniences are faced by the police authorities they would report to the concerned court for further directions if necessary.

Police authorities, in the meantime, would additionally ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility over the issue relating to violation of the civil court's order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 8459 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for both the parties. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
