The present writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the panchayat authorities to demolish the unauthorized and illegal construction made on the panchayat road obstructing the ingress and egress of the petitioner and the other villagers.

It is further submitted that the selfsame complaint has been preferred before the Prodhan of local gram panchayat which is at page 18 of the writ petition.

It is further submitted that the said application is pending since 2012 and no

action has been taken by the panchayat authorities till date.

Considering the said facts and circumstances, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the Prodhan of the respective gram panchayat shall dispose of the complaint filed by the petitioner on 20.2.2012 (in case a copy is not available with the Prodhan a copy may be supplied by the petitioner to the Prodhan) in accordance with law within a period of 60 days from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, WPA 5934 of 2012 stands disposed of.
