Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Pradhan draws the attention of the Court to the fact that, the private respondent made construction on a plot of land belonging to the private respondent and that, there was no unauthorized construction. He submits that, there is a suit pending between the private parties and that, such fact was suppressed in the writ petition.

State and the petitioner are represented.

Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instruction, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. W.P.A. 6306 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs.
