1. Perused the report of the Registrar, City Civil Court dated 20th August, 2025.

2. It appears therefrom that the Registrar, City Civil Court received the photocopy of the petitions except the Misc. Case no. 3306 of 2001, summons and advocate's letter from the learned advocate of the writ petitioner but no document from the other parties and the arbitrator has been made available. The documents submitted by the petitioner are also not affirmed documents.

3. The Registrar has prayed for direction to reconstruct the case records by obtaining records from the learned BenchII and learned Bench-VIII of City Civil Court from the available unauthenticated copies of the documents so received.

4. The Registrar is permitted to take necessary steps in the matter for reconstruction, if possible, in accordance with law.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
